Training

Doc Popcorn franchise owners undergo an extensive hands-on training program where they learn the secrets of our perfected ingredient combinations as well as everything else necessary to open and run a successful business, and become a certified POPrietor. This training includes two-three days at Popcorn Headquarters (PHQ) with the full team, and on-site training with your Regional Manager when you open a location. In addition, you can expect ongoing support from PHQ that goes above and beyond to surprise and delight.

Design & Construction

Our Design & Construction team will help guide you to ensure your unit has all the right equipment, meets local health requirements and is beautifully branded. Our PopKiosks™ and PopCarts™ are turnkey, developed and shipped by our partner to your location. 

We assist with PopShop™ build-outs by working with local GCs, architects, sign makers and venue property management to ensure all is designed to meet standards and specifications.  

Opening Support

When you are ready to open your unit, your Regional Manager (RM) will travel to your location to provide you with on-site training. This includes assistance with staff training, opening process and procedures, and running your unit – taking the pressure off and leaving your smile on! Support continues long after you open, led by your RM and a dedicated marketing and operations team.

Marketing

The enticing aroma of our POPtastic flavors draws in snackers from near and far. However, we don’t rely on this alone to attract guests. Our Marketing Team works to provide you with the tools and processes to help you reach your sales goals and build brand awareness in your community. Through a variety of channels and programs, we work with you to identify the best marketing mix to ensure you have solid a ROI.  This includes Grand Opening support and beyond.
